Skoda Window Question / New Ambulance Response Car

Featured Replies

Hi,

Firstly I thought you may like to see our vehicle which was completed and went on the road recently.

If you are local to Burntwood/Cannock Staffordshire you are more than welcome to come and have a look around the tech inside.

Now onto my question ....

We have some graphics we would like to put on the rear passenger windows, however when you push and hold down the button on the key fob this brings the windows down.  This will obviously cause us an issue with the graphics.  Is there an easy way to disable this?

Thanks,

Paul

Yes, you can set it from infotainment to open just the drivers window.

You could pull the fuses for the rear electric windows, too, if you don't ever want them opened. I believe they're on separate ones to anything else.

Isn't that a mkII Scout?  If so this is in the wrong place.

You can disable the comfort closing from the key fob using VCDS.

Yes it is in the wrong place, sorry!

I've taken delivery of a Skoda Oct MKIII today which is my excuse for posting in the wrong group.  I'm sure someone will move it :)

Can anyone confirm that the above suggestions will still work for the Mark II?

Thanks

If you have maxidot you can change it in there so it it'll only open the drivers window....

Report a post and ask a mod to move the thread.

What I suggested is for the mkII.

Those scouts are used in Leeds. I pull over for them to pass most days.

Glad to see you tracked one down and got everything sorted.

Looks good mate.

Stay safe.
