door locking/interior light/wing mirror etc

Featured Replies

hi all, first I would like to say thank you all for all the posts regarding this topic as without your knowledge I would be none the wiser.

I have taken the drivers door panel off today and found the connector from the loom into the window motor has water damage ie green and some male pins snapped off and still in female part,

I have central locking on all doors bar drivers, no interior light, no buzzer for lights left on etc and thanks to this site found what I assume is the culprit.

do I need to buy a new door loom?

do I need to buy a complete new window motor where the loom plugs into?

or is it possible to pull all the wires and connect them independently

many thanks and great site

cheers laner
