Just out of interest, can anyone advise where the Bluetooth phone mic is located in the Octavia II ?

I find that a front seat passenger, usually my Wife, cannot be easily heard by the caller even if she is speaking quite loudly.

There is no problem with me, when driving, from being heard.

It's in the interior light. Behind the little grille on the drivers side.

 

You could take the light out and check the connection and that it's seated properly.
