I saw an Octavia today badged 20V Turbo, and it was a standard Octavia with an Auto box. My WRC has a 20V turbo too.

Is it the same engine?

Forgive my ignornance but I'm new to Skoda :D

pretty much the same engine but with 'only' 150bhp not the 180bhp you have

depending on the age of it it could have the same potential as yours :)

The 1.8 turbo engines available as options for the Octavia Elegance hatch & 4x4 estate, and standard fitting on the vRS, are all similar. There is an entry in the FAQ section here which details the differences.

All versions of the engine can be tuned to over 200BHP, although the earlier (non drive-by-wire) one can't be tweaked quite as much as the others.

Models with automatic transmission use the AUM engine.
