Scratch removal

Featured Replies

Hi

Some So and so has rubbed their car around the front of my mum's Focus   and left several long marks that in some places are down to the primer.

Somewhere in the last year I've read of companies that can come to your house and repair that kind of damage for £100-£200 pound. Has anybody used one of these and would you recommend them? I've had a search on the forum but a) blind or using the wrong search terms :|

Chips Away rings a bell so it might have bneen them that I read about. Any thougths on them please.

(She is in East Sussex, near Uckfield if any Briskodians in the area can recommend a local firm).

Thanks

Matt

I used the Chipsaway bloke from Chichester on a previous car and he did a good job, might be the same bloke for Uckfield.

The Parents In-Laws used chips away on their 14 plate Mokka, really nice job,

I think a lot of the scratch repair companies are franchises so you might want to seek out reviews of the ones near you before choosing.

I can certainly recommend an independent chap who does this type of work but he is in Tunbridge Wells. If its not too far let me know.
