300bhp Hybrid Audi TT 225 Quattro

Featured Replies

After a wild weekend where I ended up buying an E92 m3 it's time to sell my TT!

I've poured money into this car, you'll see below :D

Bought totally standard December 2013, had 108k miles.

Cambelt changed Jan 14, along with haldex oil and flute and engine oil and filter by local specialist.

I think the best way to do this is try and list stuff in order...

Apart from coilovers and upper boost pipes, everything was bought brand new!!!

Suspension

AP coilovers with brand new top mounts

Painted subframe and wishbones (black) cookbot wishbone bushes, superpro caster bushes, brand new oem bottom balljoints, brand new audi track rod ends and track rod.

Brakes

500 mile old D2 6 pot 330mm 2 piece disc big brake kit in red. (£1149)

500 mike old Performance Friction Z rated fast road/track pads. (£180)

Ate Superblue fluid.

Engine

BBT K418B Hybrid turbo with 20psi actuator (£645)

Relentless V3 ported manifold (£180)

Relentless V3 decat downpipe (£150)

Scorpion Catback exhaust (£454)

HG motorsport fmic (£280)

Bosch 630cc injectors (£150)

Forge upper boost pipes (£75+)

EVERY vac hose changed for upgrade or brand new if no upgrade.

SFS 80mm TIP (£110)

Jetex 80mm cone (£35)

S3 heatshield

Brand new 1000miles ago LUK DMF and clutch kit.

NGK spark plugs

TFSI red coilpacks

New sump as old one looked dirty lol

New oil pick up

Fresh Quantum Audi spec oil and genuine filter 500 miles ago

Tyres

4 nearly brand new 6mm+ Vredstein Ultrac Sessanta tyres - got great reviews cost £335

There's so much I've forgotten!

I've stacks of paperwork.

3 keys - 1 a Bentley style.

HPI clear

110k on the clock.

The car is being mapped by Bill Badger5 June 30th, it's expected to hit near 300bhp on a safe map. The turbo has the potential for 340bhp.

MOT due December, will have 6 months tax.

I can let the car go before mapping, and you can keep the appointment with Bill, but I'd rather get it mapped and sell.

Please get in contact with any questions you have!

No great pics, but I will get some :)

Successful mapping today by Badger5, made a nice 302.5bhp and 284ft/lbs of torque! It had SO much more to give but was kept safe due to standard engine internals.

Here's a few more pics

If anyone was looking for a donor this is ideal.

I paid around £1,500 less just for my APR turbo kit for the Yeti, by the time you include downpipe etc...

This is a whole car, with brakes!

This is true! Would be a good donor for a Fabia 4x4 ;) although I'd be slightly heartbroken haha

Nice work. Seen the update on Bills facebook page.

GLWTS looks a tidy and well specced motor. :)

How has this not sold?? I've got to stop looking at it lol! GLWTS someone will be very happy I'm sure!
