Just spent an enjoyable couple of days cleaning my newly acquired VRs.

The car looked quite clean when I got her but it was covered in wash scratches and tar, boy there was a lot of tar.

After a good snow foam and wash, I removed the tar with auto gleam tar remover, I then clayed the paint to get a smooth glass like paint. Once that was done I then used a rotary polishing machine to remove the wash scratches. Then onto the dodo juice lime prime pre wax cleaner and finally I tried the wolf chemicals shine and glaze.

Looking good, you just need to replace those 17" Zeniths with some 18's!

Ive been doing very similar over past few days.. racing blue comes up awesome! Dont think you can ever photo it to do real justice either?

Yes the only thing I am less than pleased with is it does look a little small in the wheel department. Can you get 18" zeniths or what are the options. I would want to stay with VW/Audi/Skoda wheels.
