Featured Replies

hi could any 1 help as i own a skoda fabia vrs and the steering lights comes on after driving for 2mins and i lose all assist ive had the car checked and the error codes comming up steering angle sensor how much am i looking at for replacement part is it a big job how much labor would i be lookin at any advice thanks steve

Parts are around £60 on eBay. It's an easy job, only two screws holding it in place.

Labour at a garage I'd expect to pay about £30.

I've changed two on all my Fabias, got both from the scrap yard for about a fiva each.

thanks mate is the sensor located on the top or bottom of the steering colum? thanks

Drivers side bottom. Put the car on full lock to the left and you should see it through the wheel arch under the car.

A few how to guides on the forum also I think.
