How far can you lower a mk1 fabia before you have to change the anri roll bar links to shorter ones???

You can only get 30/35mm lowering springs

And the oem farb works fine

On some cheaper coilover kits you need shorter drop links though

How come the anti roll bar needs changing if you go lower than that only had my Furb a few month's and wanting to go down about 40mm so need to know what i need to buy apart from springs/shocks

Nothing. 40mm should work fine. However you might want to consider new top mounts and bearings too whilst you're doing the work. Powerflex have a decent top mount, and the Leon cupra r mounts work too. I think they're a little shorter in height than standard which means less need for shorter drop links. If you do need shorter ones, mondeo drop links work.
