hiya guys wondering what was the best option to upgrade the farb on a mk1 octavia vrs any help much appreciated

R32 (23mm), can get them from the dealer or TPS for a reasonable price, goes well with a neuspeed rarb [emoji106]

How much is it from tps?

I paid £96 from vw. You should also put new subframe bolts in at a cost of £25 for the 4!!!!! I was going to reuse the old ones but got slated on here so bought some new ones as they're apparently stretch bolts.

does anyone no if the r32 bar goes well with the whiteline rear arb or which one is best with the whiteline

Stick with standard FARB if using Whiteline 24 mm RARB. R32 FARB should be used with Neuspeed 28 mm RARB. If you use R32 front with Whiteline 24 rear you will be back where you started. Understeer city !
