I'm picking up a 2007 Skoda Fabia 1.4 TDI 3 on thursday so joined up to discuss etc.

we are trading in our 2002 mini cooper as have a little one on the way (and a 9 year old already) so couldnt fit the buggy and everything else in the mini!

 

we like the look of the car, felt nice to drive and surprisingly big inside!

also the £30 a year tax was key for our budget!

 

couple of things i was wondering is although it has the aux in which is awesome, is there any way to add usb?

also the little shopping divider for the boot is missing, any idea where i could get hold of one? not a biggy really.

 

finally any tips, thoughts on the car etc would be great!

Loving the car so far but getting used to diesel and also how high the car feels!

I'm coming from a Mini Cooper and feel so high up even with the seat as low as it can go!

wow only 30 pounds tax a year? Why is that so cheap? Is that based on emissions?

 I think my 2.0 Octavia will be 280 quid this year. (just bought it 2 weeks ago)
