2006 Skoda Fabia vrs, Black, 87k (will rise slightly until this weekend) demo + 2 owners(inc me)
12 mths MOT,Tax Dec 14. FSH,last serviced 82k,serviced every 10k in my 4 years ownership by VW specialist.
Cambelt changed at 42k in Aug 2010, so is due again soon but price reflects this.
2 flip keys, all manuals, loads of paperwork present.  
Unmodified example with good bodywork,few stonechips as per age,slight kerbing on alloys.
Good condition interior, no rips or tears,original vrs mats.
Elec windows/mirrors, CD player, Aircon and usual standard spec.
£3700 ovno, no p/x thanks.

Looks like I may have (inadvertently) overpriced this, reduced to £3500, open to sensible offers

right folks, after some feedback/opinion on this - whats a realistic price for this if I get a new cambelt fitted??

I would say £3500 with belt done to sell

Right thanks for the above, was never my intention to drastically over value it. Reduced to £3200, with the thinking that somebody other than me could replace the cambelt at trade price.
