How do I know if my aircon is working? The light comes on when I press the button but I don't think the air gets any colder.

 

Should I be able to hear or feel it cutting in? Would it show up on a scan if it just needed to be re-gassed?

 

You would only know as light comes on and it will get cold, it's got a constant spinning pump so you can't tell, I had a fault with mine. Turned out to be a broken wire by the gearbox next to the alternator sensing wire. Little brown plug
