as above guys

Saiko michi. There's a group but running on them at the moment

As above if you want a proper separator that retains the vacuum draw :)

If you just want a pretty looking empty can there are plenty on ebay.

What is needed for a mk1 Fabia VRS pipe sizes?

Came within 2 days, also comes with two types of bracket which you can specify when you buy one, type A or B. If you read the description it explains the difference.

Bit of a pain to fit to standard turbo intake pipe as its circa 22mm, I've had a 19mm take off welded onto my intake pipe to allow me to use 19mm pipe to and from the can, so no joiners/reducers etc ;)
Will sort a pic out.

Yes I used a 22 mm to 19 mm reducer. It is a pain your right. Just another joint to potentially leak!

I'm soon to be running the Darkside turbo intake pipe if it makes any differance.

I've gone with the Michi, although yet to install it :P

Ash, where did you get your reducer dude?

Ebay mate off a bloke called Mr silicon. 2 seconds, I'll just find the link...

You legend :)

I have always found those Ash hoses brilliant quality for the money... And I also like that it looks like I've got my name plastered all over my engine bay lol

The top looks straightforward .....Any tips for installing the lower pipes?!

You've lost me a bit mate if I'm honest. How do you mean?

In your picture there are three pipes coming out of the bottom of the catch can and in all honesty, I had no idea that I needed a reducer anywhere until I read this thread  :D

No mate, hang on ill just take you a better pic.

The other hoses you are getting confused with I think are the coolant hoses for the oil cooler. The catch can is just two pipes and the the drain at the bottom. I've put my hand there so you can see the drain.

You shouldn't be using normal silicone with oil or fuel, you need the expensive fluorosilicone lined pipe.
Normal silicone pipe is not resistant to oil and fuel, should only be used for air/water/coolant.

As far as I am aware normal silicone hose is permeable to oil hence using the fluoro lined stuff in these applications as you have quite rightly said. However with it being vapour coming out the crank case I personally can't see any issue. I notice I get more permeation on my intercooler pipes than I do the breather hoses, they get a slight sticky surface build up after a while.
