Featured Replies

Hi

I bought Skoda Fabia Elegance 1.2 12V 2004 just 4 days ago. I was very much impressed by the car's condition and how comfortable it

was to drive although it was 10 years old. It was also very cheap and the seller said that the car has never stopped before.

However, as the title says, just 2 days ago, a yellow engine lamp got lit and is now constantly on. I called the seller and he said it was

due to that he changed a pcv valve himself. He said that i just have to take it to a car auto repair shop and reset the yellow engine lamp.

Still I am a little skeptical that it is the best solution, and at the same time I have a tight budget so I have to be careful on how to spend my money.

Anyway, I was determined on finding a solution to this problem since I really like this car

So after a little bit of googling, I found this forum

I hope that I somehow can use this forum wisely so that I can keep the car in good working condition

Hi and welcome,

You need to get the faults scanned with VCDS to find the problem.

Try posting this in the Fabia 1 section for more responses.
