which roof bars are best for the Fabia? I've seen these on Ebay (front 515-0162, rear 515-0162-02)  but not sure which numbers are for my motor?

I got some cruz bars from roobox.co.uk bit of a faf to fix on but look good as they are brand new design aerobar

Same set up as me, I've got the same ones from Roofboxco as well, top notch stuff and way cheaper then the Thule ones.

I paid £75 all in with delivery as they had an offer on. Had them a few months now, I only put them when I'm transporting my MTB, take about 10 mins as the cycle carriers are already attached.

About £130ish I think a lot cheaper than overpriced thule

You might have the newer version than mine then, probably why mine were on offer.

If you're planning to leave them on all the time then get the alloy aero ones as they're quieter and don't rust.

did you go for the narrower bars? i'm thinking of going that wat to basically make it look neater when they're on. only need to carry a roof box anyway.

Mine are rounded so are narrower than standard bars but not flat like the Thule whisper bars

Sorry, i meant the actual size (Length), so there aren't bits overhanging the edge or the car, if you get my drift?

Sorry mate, I think they're 107 cm, when you put your car model into their website search it brings up all of their compatible bars so you know that they won't be too big or small. There's very little overhang, if any really, my two cycle carriers fit on just nice as the Fabia roof is relatively narrow anyway.

The Cruz bars are really good quality, especially considering how much cheaper they are than Thule.

Check out their website, I think they're based in Kendal and they're really helpful if you ring them up, they'd recommend the right size if you call them anyway.

use my  old halford roof bars,were off a vectra,then i adjusted them for my felicia,and did the same for my current skoda fabia sport,small bit of adjusting,and i carry ladders no probs.   p.s  saved me a few bob.
