Just tried it again and it seems like you have to rev the car a few times for it to make the sound, once you have it makes it every time after that

Hello mate,

I had a similar issue & it turned out to be the plastic trim at the front of the car near to the air intake. I fixed mine with a double sided sticky pad and it's been quiet ever since.

Have a look at this link, it should help you eliminate the air intake as a source of the rattle.
