Credit when due,after my recent disappointment with 2 Skoda main dealers and a talk with customer service they very efficiently came up with a settlement with a more than fair amount off next service/purchase ,thanks again Jane/skoda customer service.

Makes a nice change to hear when some one has had good service - too often we only hear about the things that didn't go well. My experience of Skoda UK was also very positive, although at that time I was looking to buy so that may have helped
