Fabia vRS 10k "service"

Featured Replies

Yes but from what people say that should only be a lube service... no inspection.

An annual service is required each year. The annual service is an oil and filter change plus an inspection. If you reach 10k in 6 months, then you can defer the annual service to 20k (which includes an inspection) and just ask for a lube service at 10k. It's all in the service book ;)

The max book time for any service is the 40k which iirc is 2.5 hrs.

If you all remember, several years ago, the dealers were caught out by a European ruling that warranties/proof of service issues were none issues as long as independent dealers were VAT registered and used genuine service parts.

The idea of paying even

And not forgetting the service must be carried out to the manufacturers specifications. i.e correct oil and the relevant filters are changed when advised.
