Intermittent horn?

I have Skoda Felicia II with Airbag. I have some problems with the horn. It works only if I move the steering wheel.

I had a research and it looks like intermittent horn.

I asked a shop about the airbag/slip ring and it costs so much, so I think what to do with it and what to say to electrician.

Could you suggest me something ? Are there any alternatives?
