I've had a look and can't find a thread on this. I believe the DAB antenna on a Superb estate (Mk2) is in the tailgate glass, but they were not fitted with DAB radios. Has anyone added one of these, or got a dealer to do it for them?

As far as I know there is no pre fitted DAB antenna. It's a crappy widow job or a full install.

I think the part number for the module is 3T9.035.577.D but I'm not sure whether the Skoda dealers will sell one as the car didn't have it as standard. Has anyone got access to a parts catalogue to see if this is a valid part number?

 

Next time I visit a dealership, I'll ask, so long as the parts department is open.

I have just upgraded to a Columbus with DAB and Satnav. I had an AutoDAB and spent £50 0n the best possible internal antenna but it was really not worth doing I upgraded to the combined FM/GPS/DAB/TV antenna which worked well.

I may well go down the combined antenna route, but I don't really want to put a longer antenna on the roof. Currently it has a sharkskin, and being the estate I'd like to keep it that way.
