What's still "original" on my car?

Featured Replies

fabsport> you have to pull up the engine cover, unscrew 3 screws (on the cover) and replace the air filter. Or you can see if there's a kit available from K&N or some other company.

What about the air in the spare wheel

Washer bottle! NOPE! You lose! Needed vRS washer bottle as it has a washer fluid warning sensor, unlike PD100. :D

My PD100 had the washer fluid level warning sensor :P Just wish it didn't have the accompanying heart-attack inducing beep!

I'll find a bloody way! Although I assume its no more harsh than the fuel light beep is it? :D (the same beep I would assume?)

My washer bottle is full now, so that was one less warning light accounted for on the dash. ;)

Yep same beep as far as I can remember. First time I had the car I was low on fuel and low on washer fluid and I think they beep every so often after the initial one to remind you (in case you missed the first one!). Was a fun journey as you can imagine ;) Not managed to empty the Mondeo washer bottle in the two and a bit months I've owned it so I have no idea if that has a comparable warning beep ... I guess the bottle is slightly bigger than the 2L one in the Fabia

Jason, What seats r u getting for your hyper turbo?

John

Starting up a brief list as I satrted wondering what I haven't changed now... First things that spring to mind.

Chassis

dashboard itself (have changed everything around it :o)

Seats' date=' soon to change

Rear brakes

PAS & braking gizmos

Doors

Thought this might be easier than saying what I have changed.[/quote']

Was hoping to get bucket seats, but lack of adjustability and horrific welding is putting me off. Might look out for just a solitary pair of vRS ones, or "sport" model ones.
