Hi i have several vehicles one being a Ford Transit and on Transit site some Tech chaps can come up with all kinds of info fro reg number alone is that possible here with Octavia FX05 OVF.

I think ETIS is what the OP is referring to with the Ford. As far as I'm aware, there is no Skoda version.
