Hi all, picked up my first car at 21 (biker for 4 years) a 1.3 95 felicia.

Fantastic little car except the headlights are a bit naff.

I am hoping to find a clear lens/glass for the headlights so I can then fit bi-xenon projectors as a practical safety item, the roads where I work in boreham are down right dangerous at the best of times let alone at night.

So I'm hoping someone can point me in the direction of some lenses either now or 2nd hand not too pricey say under £100 as I only paid £110 for the car and I have a set of projectors from a previous project lying around.

I've heard the mk4 polo has similar/same headlights but can't find anything that matches down that route either

Felicia headlamps being poor are almost always due to adjustment problems. I bet yours are aimed too low. When set up properly the standard lights are usually good. I'd recommend disconnecting the rubbish internal adjuster set up and then set the headlights up on a beam setter. If you're ever near me [Great Shelford, Cambs] let me know and I'll set them up for you at the MOT garage I work at.

I can't help with the parts you need, but just for inspiration,

if you'll fit Polo 4 6N2 headlights, this is what you should end up with.

you'll need to do small modifications of the front mask and front wings.

if you decide to go on this track, show us some photos of intermediate work.

 

 

Theres none in the uk there was a chek site I once found... I fitted bi hid kit to mine as the head lights are crap with any make off h4 bulb my kit I have still has the pattern so pass's mot

Thanks for the adjustment offer, I have a beam setter at work luckily, the main problem I have is that it just doesn't throw any light anywhere no matter where I point them.

(Most likely due to the age old design of the lights wasting a lot of the available lumens)

I've found a website ellri design that I'm waiting on a response they are Czech but I have heard rumblings of them posting to the uk for £35 postage I'd be willing to pay that amount as the clear lenses are the same price again, will hopefully be able to complete the bixenon projector retrofit if they come through with the lenses.

The 6n2 mod also looks interesting, do you have any links to anyone else's attempt? Don't fancy buying them to find I'm in over my head, pretty confident I can do it just wouldn't mind some reference
