Anyone purchased one of these.

I have a 2012 FL VRS and was wondering if this would work or if anyone had any knowledge. Also i would like to activate CH and LH lights and would this make them work as they should (i.e day and night)

I think there is a little bit more to it than just changing the switch, do you have dimming mirror and auto wipers, if so then you may be in with a chance if not it will be too expensive for this option unless you don't mind excessive wallet pain. Have a search on here this has a rather large thread on it.

It includes a light sensor so works without the RLS. Have seen on here before, so I'm sure someone must have fitted one. Not sure if you still need the additional wire between the switch an BCM though.

i will have a search.. Many thanks.

I haven't

But know someone who has, not worth it and doesn't work properly in his caddy van

Octavia Light switch is bigger than the vw one

Wait till you need to have a new windscreen due to a crack, then retrofit the factory one (I retrofitted oem to a blackline)
