Not apparently but actually manufacturers 'Max Nm Torque & PS in the Minimum Nm Torque & PS that should be expected on the 95 octane that vehicles are tested with at any height above sea level in global temperatures / weather / humidity etc. 

 

So in the UK on a Dyno at below 4,000 ft above sea level with a fan blowing at the radiator and intercooler you are in the optimum circumstance, 

then add Super Unleaded 97, 99 or 100 + ron and you have a bad car if it only produces the Publish figures from a Brochure.
