Featured Replies

Fronts are on, wound them down enough that i can fit my fingers between arch anf thw tyre

Im getting rubbing on full lock anfa slight knock when going over speed bumps, reckon i need to raise it a couple of notches? anti roll bar knocking?

Could be anything knocking but I would raise it a tad bit as too low and you will smash ya oil sump, is yours a vrs ?

Could be roll bar knocking on the driveshaft, did you fit shorter drop links? Topmounts?

Could also be wishbone bushes.

Is it a vrs ? They dont usually get farb issues :(

My fks took an embarressing 12 hour to fit just the fronts [emoji19] as for the back octy had to go to the garage and have top bolts heated up.

I was lucky it would have been a nightmare if i had a proper seazed one lol, but the whole thing probably took me 12 hours

I should have brought spring compressors lol

You don't need to fit shorter drop links on a VRS.

Only time you need to do that on a VRS is with those cheap Pro sports that have the ARB bracket in wrong place on strut.

depends on a number of things , like your wheel offset if running after market wheels and also if running std 17" you may well be getting the coil over spring platform rubbing the tyre as they are close if wound down enough. I had to fit spacers to get coilover platforms to clear tyre. I am betting it is this issue.

I was thinking about spacers for the front actually, the wheel looks like it needs to come out a bit, looking like a slammed vw camper van lol

5mm each side?

on bumps itll be the driveshaft hitting the frame.
