For sale is my Skoda Octavia vRS mk1 in Corrida Red which I have owned for the last 7 years.  The car is a 2005 registration on a 55 plate and is one of the last mk1 vRS Octavia’s. The car is low mileage for its age having only done 83,420 miles. I was hoping to keep this car for another couple of years but there is just not enough space in the rear for all the kids so I have upgraded to a skoda superb estate 3.6.  

The tax has just been renewed until 30/06/2015 and the MOT runs until 29/9/14.

• B and M style short shifter which I never got around to fitting to the car

 

Service History

• The car has extensive service history from Skoda and Awesome GTI and for the past couple of years has been serviced by myself with oil and filter changes every 5,000 miles with Mobile 1 0W-40 Fully Synthetic Oil.
• Oil pick up pipe changed at 54,000 miles
• Cambelt and water pump changed at 61,000 miles February 2012 so does not need doing for another couple of years/40,000 miles whichever comes sooner.

 

As to be expected with a 9 years old car there are a few minor marks and scratches but there are no dents in the bodywork. The car has previously (before my ownership) had a small front end bump which has misaligned the bumper and the radiator is slightly further back approx 1 cm. The air con is not blowing cold at the moment so would benefit from a re-gas as the last re-gas was 3 years ago. I have removed some items of trim from the boot which unfortunately broke when I was putting a large chest of drawers in the boot so these are currently missing but can easily be replaced.  Rear passenger door which looks like a gritter has chipped a few bits of the paint, right wing mirror does not move (the left one does), some very minor cuts in the drivers seat bolster of the drivers S3 Recaro seat.

 

The car has just been freshly waxed and polished and will be cleaned inside and out for the new owner. This car really needs to seen/driven to be appreciated as although the photos look good it looks even better in the flesh! The car during my ownership has always been run on shell v-power or Tesco momentum 99 Ron fuel for best performance and economy.
