Spoiler is off, ready for painting

Featured Replies

After a visit to a safari park, some baboons had a nice chow at my spoiler!

So the spoiler was removed tonight, ready for painting tomorrow.

It needed painting anyway as the lacquer has peeled on the edge.

Interestingly, the paint underneath or undercoat is blue?

Not sure if they are all like this or of originally the spoiler was blue.

Funny enough I got a scratch on mine and it was blue. I just quickly chucked a bit of touch up paint on there for now. Will be re sprayed at a later date.

You doing it your self?

Must be the undercoat/primer then.

No, local body shop is doing it for me.

Luckily it came off pretty easy.
