Hi guys was driving car yeat a d all fine then after a while gave her a lil push and then bang water warning light flashing at me so stopped and checked and she had plenty in so started her with cap off water res and she boiled over so switched her off and toped her back up and went on merry way again but again warning light flashing but if i cruise and put no pressure on engine she stays at 90deg but soon as she gets under pressure ie slight hill bang over heating and warning light and ideas please guys and i still have hot air blowing through vents i am currently away from home but want to try fix it so i can get home please help

So no problems when cruising but overheating when idling and under load? That sounds like water pump failure. Unfortunately the cambelt needs removing to replace it so there isn't a quick or cheap fix. In the meantime don't continue driving the car or the head gasket could fail too.

Cheers nd did think water pump but was hoping it wasnt but its due cambelt anyway so time to get it done lol

Sounds like waterpump like he said

Also agreed waterpump. One of my mates had this happen with these exact symptoms, and when we got the pump open, the splines on the (plastic) impellor had stripped.

Is what possuble inspecting the water pump from thermo housing or for it to break?

To check the water pump...

Open coolant reservoir and watch where the return pipe enters the side of the reservoir.

Raise rpm to 2500 and you should get a steady stream of coolant returning to the reservoir.
