Comfort indicators 3-5 and needle sweep: IIRC can only be done on a facelifted model

 

DRLs: a bit more definition really. IIRC You can have US or Scandinavian, which work differently to each other. By design pre-FL doesn't have separate DRLs at all.

 

Anti-hijack: In theory should already be on, as should tear-drop (on the front anyway.)

 

Cornering lights: depends on the version of the CECM. If it's only 23-byte, that'll be a "no".

 

 

 

If you have VCDS putting up a scan may help as it sounds like the car may have already been re-coded: other stuff may be missing.

Yes, a little more clarification on this could be usefull. In Slovenia is very popular to use fog lights as DRL (with setting it to 40% power) in US. On this way you get (almost ) DRL-s of FL model. The same goes also for Superb 2 before MY2010. And this is especially usefull on cars with xenon lamps to preserve xenon bulbs and AFL mechanism.

From what I recall

 

US = Fogs on (can be restricted power) but only when handbrake off. Irratatingly (IMHO) you get the dipped beam light on the dashboard.

Scandinavian = Fogs or dipped, plus rear sidelights

Also with US you can have dipped beams.

 I wasn't sure about that, but I've got Xenons so the on/off would not be helpful.
