electric mirror switch

Featured Replies

i was playing around with the switch the other way, and found that if you turned it onto either left or right and keep turning it it make the car make a noise? i think its the central locking? I'm really not sure on what it does..

If you turn it 180 degrees from off (the dot between L and R) youll activate the heated mirrors.

I think theyre linked to the rear window heater too.

It times out and goes off after 20 mins

yes but it will turn past the heated mirrors. And when it does it make the whole car make a noise.. sounds like the central locking but nothing is locked?

Mine just turns 180 degrees to the heated mirrors, then if you keep going itll do a full 360 degrees.

No weird noises, nothing like that...

Sounds very bizarre, shouldn't be doing that at all.

Ill record it later and post it up

Do you remember it doing that before you took the door cards off for the led install? Could be something to do with that??
