Advice needed on potential purchase

Featured Replies

Hello all

I'm new to the forum and was wanting some advice on a potential vrs purchase.

Its a 55 plate running at 240bhp (re-mapped @ v dub sport, full stainless exhaust, air filter, dump valve)

96K

FSH, cambelt and waterpump done

MOT till next year

6 Months Tax

Only downsides seem to be flaking paint on reat bumper trim, engine cover missing and the rear tyres will need replacing in the next few thousand miles.  Its up for £2400, seems reasonable given spec and age.  Too good to be true or priced right?

Any advice would be most appreciated.

Cheers!

Priced about right, maybe a tad cheap. Dont worry about engine cover to much.

Cheers for the reply. I did think it was a tad cheap given its spec. I'll hpi it before doing anything and will attempt to knock it down. But could be the one as I've been looking for a while

Finding a fettled vrs mk1 that has an engine cover would be some what of a miracle...
