From today for this week there will be extended periods of maintenance, which will involve the forums being off-line.

 

I'll be upgrading the backend servers which will involve downtime of the site while data migrates.

 

I'll also be trying to take the chance to fix an issue which causes the database error panel to appear, or in simpler terms, your post does not appear. This type of maintenance is the longest and forces me to take the site offline.

 

I'll try to keep the work to unsociable hours, pre 7am and post 10pm, considering I too have to be sociable at times

I don't understand the electronics stuff (or terminology!) but I sure do appreciate the forum and everything you do behind the scenes to keep it running so well, including all the Blyton planning and delivery, so hats off to you (and your family for coping with the pressure it must put on you all), and pleased I got to meet you and some of our fellow enthusiasts on what was a magnificent day out!
