Will Bolero upgrade need VCDS?

Right the Bolero unit will be with me on Tuesday, it comes with it's code but will I need a VCDS to pair it to the Yeti with it coming out of an Octavia VRS?

I've researched the install so I'm OK with pulling the Swing unit out and fitting the Bolero but as for coding, well it's all gobbledygook to me!

Only the Columbus & Amundsen need additional coding with VCDS due to the navigation features.
