Oil pressure gauges/sandwich plates?

Featured Replies

Where on the AZJ 2.0l engine can you attach an oil pressure sensor? Maybe a sandwich plate on the oil filter? Easy access on this.

Anyone done this on a skoda?

What are the ranges of pressure for this engine (hot idle and max)?

I've always liked to keep an eye on pressure and temp.

Cheers

I used a glowshift plate on mine ( 1.8t )

Works fine :)

I've bought stuff from glowshift before and found them to be reliable. Had a AFR kit with digital display.

I think the plate is the only way to go. That way I can also fit an oil temp gauge.

Most tricky part will be finding a way to feed the cable into the dash I assume.

Cheers

Really pleased with my glow shift gauges :)

My wires come in with boost gauge pipe, dave sorted my cable routing :D

Sandwich plate?
