We want to put a good spark plug to the car, NGK Iridium or something like that, I have TMC tuning box and ITG, What do you recommend? What improvement will I notice?

I recommend you look at the 'DENSO'  Spark plugs for the 1.4 TSI 180 -185 ps CAVE / CTHE 

 

SKJ20CR-A8#4   '3371'.          But check the number and do not trust my word on these.

 

This is the cheapest i know they are in the UK.

i would go to your Car Parts Factor and collect them, not buy on Ebay unless a trusted trader.

 

The Benefit of these plugs, Quality, Reliability, Longevity.  

Possibly no Performance benefit, other than your engine does not get trashed with Burnt out tips breaking off like with the NGK.

(but that is just a personal Belief, Spark Plugs are consumables and Service Items.)
