Best way/product to clean mkII oct vrs seats?

When I first got the car seats were like new but after driving for a while the cream/gray middle part of VRS seats looks grubby.

The leather has come up a treat with AG leather care cream but I haven't dared do the middle part yet as the fabric seams delicate....

Not sure on what's the best way to clean these!

Any hints or tips would be great

I use diluted APC.

Its works well

Nothing wrong with using a household fabric/carpet foam either

Always reseal the fabric afterwards with 3M Scotchgard or type of sealer product

We bought our Scala Monte Carlo Edition 1.5 tsi back in December and from late January it has had both mechanical problems and electronic gremlins. The mechanical problem have mostly been sorted, new rear discs and pads that were making noises like a wheel bearing was rumbling, the gearbox has had a software update and a reset (it's still not perfect). And the road noise is just the high dB tyres and lack of sound insulation. The electronic gremlins were put down to a failing 12v battery which

Hoping to purchase a 2.0l TSi Sportline/Laurin & Klement variant at some point soon. My budget may result in me seeking out a vehicle with 95K onwards on the clock. I’ll be only considering something with a full comprehensive service history. My understanding is that I shouldn’t worry about cam chain tensioners as they go on and on. But do they? So is there anything I should really looking out for? Thanks

Evening. I am replacing the rear struts at the weekend, weather permitting. My question is, is it ok to torque the bolts whilst the car is still on its axle stands and not in the loaded position, like the the control arm bolts, when I replaced the springs, I cannot see how to do it when the wheels are back on? Is there a way to mimick load/compression? Have drop links to do at the same time, if I have time. Any advice welcome.
