So I have had around 3 hours sleep and just been woke up by my dad who said my park light's where still turned on, so I dragged my self out of bed and went to turn them off only to be find the side lights on drivers side are the only thing on and the new drl I fitted are also on but only on one side :/ after stood there in my dressing gown in the p*ss**g down rain I just took the bulbs out and took the connection from the drl off the headlamp, has anyone got any ideas on what that could be as it's baffled me and it's not even 6am yet

I would think you have put the parking lights on - check that the indicator switch is in the off position. The parking lights are operated via the indicator switch when the ignition is off.

I have tried doing that all the switches are off ,its funny the lower dash is in bits aswell so the main light controls are not even connected I'm thinking it's to do with the drls I fitted will figure it out tonight I suppose, glad i got my new battery last week car can still start so can recharge the little amount used during the night
