Passenger window and convenience closing

Featured Replies

Folks just noticed after a service the front passenger window will not go up and down with the one touch I.e. You have to hold to open and close full way.

Also holding the unlock button on key fob no longer puts any of the windows down and vice versa for locking and windows up. I have checked re this on the screen and the function is still ticked...

Any ideas??

Your passenger window has 'forgotten' its settings.

Reset the passenger window (see the manual) and then set your opening and closing to default settings in Infotainment and all should be well again.

Call the dealer.  Either they've done a software change that's changed the default settings or it's gone faulty.

Edit: Actually, do what Andyvee says first and call the dealer if that doesn't cure it.

Close window and hold button in the close position for 3 seconds should reset it
