Diagnostic check

Featured Replies

My local skoda dealer are wanting £65+vat to read the fault code off my car, are they trying to sting me

or is this price about right for a main dealer?

Quite average for a main stealer even in our neck of the woods! There are a few of us in Cumbria who have VCDS I'm sure one of us could help, what issues are you having?

Without going into too much detail as skoda uk are currently trying to help me, the notorious G201 Teves MK60 failure, i know it is this but they need a main dealer confirm as it's in the guide lines. Thanks for your reply, will keep this is mind for future reference saying that Ben Cross in Carlisle is spot on for any work/ diagnostics, I will post my result from skoda uk on here

I see fair do's then mate, hope you get sorted with this as the Teves MK60 has been subject of few posts!

If you are sure it is the Teves at fault then you should get the £65 diagnostics covered as part of the warranty claim once it is indeed confirmed.
