Can you help me with some coding issues?

I've got the below details from a scan but don't know how to fix them? Particularly the telephone not being registered?

 

I'll be removing the unit and refitting the wires to clear up the errors logged around intermittent signals etc and must've knocked the interior light when fitting the mic!

The lights aren't working (I think I've blown the fuse).

The phone isn't working properly. The phone connects but the media streaming doesn't work.

Hmm fuses look fine in the car. Could it be a fuse other than 15?!
