Blank faces from the dealers when I mention my fears about gearbox/engine reliability.

How do I convince them there are real problems out there.A few months time the warranty will be out and then what?

Welcome to the forum.

There are no problems if your car is OK

You can buy a 'Skoda Approved Extended Warranty', maybe a 2 year one.

Has your car Required the DSG Service Campaign Work doing?

Did you get a letter, or the Dealer tell you.?

Skoda UK know how many Failures of the First Engine 2010- 2012 there were.

& the Revised Engine 2012 - 2014 had lots less.

I would not worry if you car is running fine,But i would extend the warranty,

& enjoy the car.
