New Annoying Rattle - Help Needed

Ive noticed this evening that I have a new rattle. This time I dont think its just something simple. It seems to be coming from the left hand side of the engine area (around the timing belt cover).

 

I have done a bit of searching on the net and it seems that it could be the timing belt tensioner. Here's a video that I found on youtube that someone else posted with a similar issue. Mine has the same sort of rattle in the same area, but not as loud as this one.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
