Hey guys been a while since I've been on here,

Need some help or any advice on how to take off my front bumper on my mk1 vrs,

lock either wheel take torque screws out open bonnet remove ones across the top a few underneath when bonnets open look down straight down by headlights above number plate and theres 2 going downwards then pull bumper eitherside and towards u not forgetting foglamp and temp sensor wire and off she is

remove undertray, remove T25 screws holding the front part of the wheel arch liners on (three either side IIRC), push a pin through the three small plastic rivets at the bottom front of the bumper and pull out, remove the lower T25 screws under the front bottom of the bumper, remove the upper two screws near where the lower grille sits, diconnect the fogs and temp sensor. Pull away from the body.
