right my fabia is in again

this time its for a rattle from the rear light cluster and other bits around there

the stereo chooses its own volume when you try to change it

and the wacky heater that keeps chucking out hot hot air

fingers crossed they will fix it all ! i have faith, i think

The failed suspension bushes have been replaced bu the brake groan has returned - I'm thinking maybe the weight thing wasn't put bat on.

I've also got this strange beeping that happens when going round a roundabout quickly - no lights appear either when it does it so I have no idea what it is.

Been having problems with my heater for months. But everytime I take it in it bloody works

Mine was ojkay until the suspension was replaced so I think the fix for the brake squeek may have come off.

Mine still goes really cold, cold enough to make my head hurt.

Should be icey cold If it's still colder than the air with the air con off, it might just need a regas, although it shouldn't do so soon! If it's the same temp with or without air con, I'd get it rigged up to VAG-COM

hmm mine seems only just cold enough to cool the car abit. If I hold my hand over the vent it never seems to get too cold, unlike my 306 that would hurt your hand because it got really cold.

I'll guess I'll get the dealer to look at it along with the rear boot struts and the dodgy radio!

I must say, I was disappointed with how cold it gets, nowhere near as cold as the Megane I had previously. It still gets fairly cold - maybe the gas could do with a top up...?

Don't turn the air con off If it's the damp-washing smell, there was a spray type cure that's available from Halfords I think .... details were posted up a couple of months back

I've never had my air con turned off.

In the winter it stays at 20 and in the summer at 18 unless it's baking and it gets put to minimum.

Me neither. The only time the air con is off is when the outside temp is less than 5 deg C and it switches itself off.

It's always warm up north so that never happens - have to see if it turns off in Winchester on Monday

Mine does that if I turn the **** too fast. Found that slowly turning it made it work properly.

Swear filter has stopped me putting k-n-o-b

Had a new steering rack fitted under warranty yesterday in Winchester post my 10000 service and complaints of crap steering. What a difference, it now feels planted and sure footed as opposed to wandering about all over the place and with no feel. Every little bump had me wandering all over the road, now it feels like a hot hatch should. It'll be even better once they cure all the other knocks, rattles and loose bits!!

the gavster aparantly there are 2 different ranges of stereo's one that can be swapped out and others that have to be sent away for repair so id go in and see what yours is mine should be replaced in next 2 weeks

my rattle they cured except now i have a different one thats worse doh !!

oh and the ac they reset so fingers crossed it will work now
