You only need to be pre-approved to buy a NEW one. This one states condition as "used"

I am an e-bay novice so please forgive me if this is a silly question, but if you look at the bidding history, why do some people (e.g. toonbarmy) outbid themselves by tens of thousands within the space of a few minutes :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

It could be that it's another one his aliases that he's using to bump the price up...

It appears like this, although what actually happens is when someone sets their "max bid" someone else bids, and the initial max bit supersedes it immediately... I think.
