From the looks i would say no, but may be wrong does it have the 4 grommets on the underside, any more pictures.

I am waiting on my guy to send a picture of the underneath, I cant see why it wont fit as its essentially the same engine right? but I need that confirmation before throwing $$$ away   

Theres is one in a post above yours ugly engine bay check that out looks miles better.

Yea I saw that one, over £100 for the TTS cover though! I can't find a VRS or golf gti for less than £75 whereas this S3 one is £30....hence why I am hoping it will fit lol
