My PID won't talk to me

Featured Replies

Only had my Citigo a week so still finding my way around things.

When the satnav is on it won't speak to me. Ive tried turning the speech up but nothing. Also when I receive an incoming phone call, I hear my phone ringing but the ring doesn't come through the speakers…..can see the call on the display though.

Any tips?

Cheers

Has your PID got the latest update ?,could be worth trying.

Thanks for the reply. Managed to get it talking not in the car……then when I put it back in low and behold it speaks! Will see how it goes. All I need now is for someone to ring me repeatedly so I can suss the ringer!

Yes,you have to make sure the cradle is nice and snug to make sure of a good connection for the pins,I should of thought of that first!.

If you have adjusted all the volumes and it still doesn't work correctly, hitting the reset button works. It did for me when my volume was low, bottom edge of the unit. Don't worry all of you settings, routes etc will be saved.

My Navigon was like that but the Garmin is much better [emoji106]

You do need the stereo turned on as well I think.
