Who else's Fabia is feeling even more 'alive' in the morning?

Featured Replies

A question for TSI owners really, 1.4 twin changers and the 1.2 single spoolers....

I've really been enjoying the extra bit of performance on my morning drive to work with the cool dank air we are now getting as Autumn takes control.

My VRS seems to really love it.

Anyone else noticed a difference?

Night time as well with cool dry fresh air  below 6*oC or so  & 99 Ron Minimum.

(Shortly even better with Winter Spec Super Unleaded.)

Not so good when it is damp / moist air though.

A little off topic maybe, but I've seen a few mention it on here.

Winter spec unleaded? I can understand diesel, because of the freezing temps, but whats different about winter spec unleaded?

I didnt realise it existed tbh haha

A formulation that is like Winter Diesel 'less hygroscopic'.

So in the case of Unleaded,  possibly a different Ethenol / Methanol percentage.

More bang for your buck possibly.

Much like Fuel on Mainland Europe,  it can often be rather good, and as their Winter Fuels are.

Distributed in Scotland to Filling Stations Mid October until March.

Later further south.
